(e) Where land is regulated, the area regulated does not include any lands, or portions thereof, to which subdivision rights are limited by the Legislature, or is otherwise restricted or prohibited by Federal, State or local law. (f) Land use regulation, without more, is subject to all applicable State law and local ordinances. [Emphasis added.] (g) Property is not required to be regulated unless it is located within an extensive landscape. [Emphasis added.
